Internet has been evolutionizing every thing in recent time. Medical field is cannot remain untouched. In previous days only way of gaining popularity is mouth of world, It is true even today, but patient source of information about doctor could be any one from neighbour, to taxi driver or some paanwala, or medical store personals who might have their own interest.

In recent past many more patients are looking towards google to find if they need to visit some doctor, or even if they have been advised by mouth of world they do want to check their doctors credentials on net.

Some doctor listing sites have been in India for last few years and tried to catch up but most of these sites were developed, designed and maintained by IT or Marketing people, who saw this fields from their own personal angels depending upon opinion or experience of few of users. Most of them must have sought opinion from doctors while maintaining some of the features, but basic remained from general public opinion.

While Healthcare itself is very much service sector and too sensitive to, so doctors have to be very careful while accepting a patient, noting their records and communicating about health conditions of patient to him/herself or relatives. So if any such site is to be designed it should keep (at least in our country) core healthcare provider's working, experience and expectations in the center while preserving their interest first, because this particular field is too sensitive and any misleading comment, feedback etc., can jeopardize one's image,.

As we have seen in recent past if some thing did't go as expected by patient and their relatives it was doctor who bear brunch of public mass action, media or judiciary. So by making a fearless healthcare provider and health care delivery system, we can get best out of medicine world for our own and for general public combinedly. A fearful healthcare system ( or any other system like ) may lead to lot of anxiety in its providers, tendency to refer and delaying diagnosis and prognosis etc.

Most of the site available so far tried their luck, Instead of taking challanges of this sensitive field ended up in providing discounts on medicines, Diagnostic lab offers, or online conferencing with doctors, as second opinion.

Nueradr.com is perhaps first site which is fully created by doctors and considered doctors as their core customers. They take good care of secrecy, record keeping. They got a form signed by me physically after visiting my clinic and then verified my credentials. They take good care of not texting sms anytime, (I hardly recieve any sms from them, any offer or discount coupons or codes, I do not want these petty 50Rs Paytm or something Cash back offer from my practice), Their Scheduler, and booking appointment is also unique and give good flexibility, so my patient who booked online appointment are better satisfied, than before where schedulers of other site were giving fixed timings. Their Scheduler, booking appointment log integerates well with their EMR. EMR works offline and data is saved to my own computer and will remain with me if I select not to subscribe in future, (I've checked it by increasing my computer's clock beyond their expiry time and data was available with me except I could not add new patient or visit) Databackup an be taken and can be stored in pendrive or googledrive or any place suitable to me.
